[Android] System installer, Unmounted SD Card

如果安裝好 app 則立即點開啟 -> Home -> 點擊 app icon 開啟

• 會在同個 task create another app (onCreate)。

如果 SD Card 發生不預期時移除

• 系統則會殺掉正在使用 SD Card 的 process，再重啟(但不一定會重啟成功)。
